90/10 PRINCIPLE

What is 90/10 principle?

10% from your life happens because of what you experience it yourself.
90% from your life is determined from how you react.

What does this mean?
You cannot control 10% of the condition that happen to you.

For example:
You cannot avoid traffic jam. Plane late arrival and this will mess up all your schedule. This congestion has cause trouble to all of your schedule. You cannot control this 10% condition. But the difference with the other 90% is that you can control this 90%.

How? From your reaction!!
You cannot control red light, but you can control your reaction.

Let’s see below example:
Condition 1
You have breakfast with your family. Your kid accidentally spills your coffee cup and your outfit was all dirty.

Your reaction:
You scold your child because he spills the coffee to your outfit. Your kid will then cry, after scolding, you look at your wife and criticize her because she put the coffee on the edge. Finally going bust-up mouth. You run to your room and hurry change outfit. You go back to dining room, your kid still crying while finishing his food. Later your kid miss the bus. Your wife has to go to work; you rush to car and take your son to school. Because now you are late, you drive your car with 70km/hour while the limit speeds can only 60km/hour. After late about 15 minutes and forced to issue a pocket Rp. 600.000,- because the traffic violation. Finally arrive at school. Your child gets out from the car without farewell. After arrive at office about 20 minutes late, you just remembered that you left your suitcase at home. Your work day starts with a bad situation. If this continue it will become worse. Your minds are distracted because of your condition at home. When you go home, you meet some interference relationship with your wife and kind.

Why? Because of how you react in the morning.
Why you experience a bad day?
1. Is it because the spill of a coffee?
2. Is it because of your kid?
3. Is it because of the police officer?
4. Is it you?
The answer is No. 4 which the reason is yourself!!

You cannot control after what happen with you coffee cup. Your way to react in 5 seconds is the reason of your bad day.

Below is the example that you should take.
Condition 2
The spill of coffee in your outfit. Once your kid cry, you should say nicely: “it is ok dear, next time be careful". You take a small towel and run to your room. After change your outfit and take the bag, you rush to front window and see your child is taking the bus and waving at you. You then kiss your wife chicks nicely and say: “See you at dinner tonigh.” You arrive to office 5 minutes earlier with a bright face saying hello to your staff. Your boss comment your spirit and bright day in office.

Can you see the difference of this 2 conditions?
2 (two) different scenarios, start with same condition, but end with different condition.

Why?
The reason is from how you react!
You cannot control the 10% of what had happened. But the rest 90% is up to your own reaction. This is how to apply the 90/10 principle. If there is someone talk bad about you, don’t get emotion. Let the attack goes like water in a glass. You should not let that bad comment to influence you. If you react likely or one of your reaction is bad, it will cause you: Lose friend, get fired, stressed, and other lose.

How is your reaction when you face traffice jam and come late to office? Will you be angry? Hit your driving wheel? Mad? Is your temperature goes up quickly? Who will care if you come late 10 seconds?
Why you let that condition ruin your day?

Try to remember this 90/10 principle and do not worry, your problem will be solved quickly.

Another example:
- You got fired.
Why this cause you cannot sleep and worry?
There will be a way out someday. Use your lost time and energy because of the worry to look for another job.

- Plane late.
This condition ruin your whole schedule. Why you mad at the ticket officer at the airport? They cannot control what will happen. Why streesed out? This condition will make worse your own condition. Use your time to learn the situation, read a book that you take, or recognize other passenger.

Now you already know this 90/10 principle. Use it in your daily activity and be proud with the result. Nothing come lose and the result is awesome. Millions of people suffer because of stress, heavy problem, life trial and heart sick which this problem can be solved if we know how to use this 90/10 principle.

Yesterday a friend who lives in Tegal meet with BM Advante, he then told a story.
His wife has a cousin in Cirebon, and her cousin has a neighbor, we call it C.

This C at first only has headaches like Migrant, but C felt that something crawling on C’s brain. Later the sickness becomes Vertigo. As checked by the doctor in Cirebon and Jakarta, cannot found any disease. Because of curiosity, C then go to Singapore to check. After checking by modern tools in Singapore it is indicated that there is a living creature on C’s brain and has to have major operation. After operation it is found like a super tiny white worm. After finish operation, C then take rest about 2 days and conscious.
The doctor said,” Excuse me Mum, your disease is not all heal yet, there still worm eggs on your brain.
If the eggs hatch they will become worms. And the cycle will still continue.
C asked to the doctor the cause of this disease, why there are worms on her brain.
The doctor explained that the worms are indicated come from the frog meat that you always eat (because C likes to eat frog food). The worms do not die if cook on 100 degree or below 0 degree.

BM Advante explains that C ever cooks frog meat on the morning. Because she cannot finish them all (perhaps she cooks a lot), then she store it in the refrigerator. In the afternoon she warms it again and eats it. Because not yet finish she then store it again on the refrigerator.

The next morning she wants to warm it, C was shocked to see the tiny white worm comes out from the frog.

Be Carefull with Theatre Seat

in Paris recently and may happen elsewhere also.

A few weeks ago, in a movie theatre, a person felt something poking from her seat. When she got up to see what it was, she found a needle sticking out of the seat with a note attached saying "You have just been infected by HIV". 7 DON’TS AFTER A MEAL

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size
2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.
3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumours.
4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.
5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver,kidneys, heart, lungs etc.
7. Radiation, while destroying cancer cells, also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.
d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains,seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts)and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C)
e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine.Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.

Dioxin chemicals causes cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.
Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using
plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body.
Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else.
Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons. Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as

Destroy the Hotel keycards after check-out

I did not realize that hotel room keycards contained so much information. Sounds like a good advice. I am sure I won't leave my key card anymore.You Know how when you check out of a hotel that uses the credit-card-type room Key, the clerk often will ask you to return your key(s)...or to drop in a Box or slot at the Reception counter?

It's good for the hotel because they save money by re-using those cards. But,it is not good for you, as revealed below by the California Bureau of Investigation:

Southern California law enforcement professionals assigned to detect new Threats to personal security issues, recently discovered what type of Information is embedded in the credit card type hotel room keys used Throughout the industry. Although room keys differ from hotel to hotel, a Key obtained from a wellknown hotel chain that was being used for a Regional Identity Theft Presentation was found to contain the following the Information:

A..Customers (your) name
B..Customers partial home address
C..Hotel room number
D..Check in date and check out date
E..Customer's (your) credit card number and expiry date!

When you return them at the front desk your personal information remain There for any employee to access by simply scanning the card in the hotel Scanner. An employee can take a handfull of cards home and using a scanning Device, access the information onto a laptop computer and go shopping at Your expense.

Simply put, hotels do not erase the information on these cards until an Employee re-issues the card to the next hotel guest. At that time, the new Guest's' information is electronically "overwritten" on the card the Previous guest's information.

But until the card is reused for the next guest, it usually is kept in a Drawer the front desk with YOUR INFORMATION ON IT!!!!

The bottom line is: Keep the cards, take them home with you, or destroy Them. NEVER leave them behind in the room or room wastebasket, and NEVER Turn them in at the front desk when you check out of a room. They will not Charge you for the card (it's illegal) and you'll be sure you are not Leaving a lot of valuable personal information on it that could be easily Lifted off with any simple scanning device card reader. For the same Reason, if you arrive at the airport and discover you still have the card Key in your pocket, do not toss it in an airport trash basket. Take it home And destroy it by cutting it up, especially through the electronic
Information strip!

A small touching story mainly for professionals...

A man came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find his 5-year old son waiting for him at the door.
SON: "Daddy, may I ask you a question?"
DAD: "Yeah sure, what is it?" replied the man.
SON: "Daddy, how much do you make an hour?"
DAD: "That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?" the man said angrily.
SON: "I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?"
DAD: "If you must know, I make $100 an hour."
SON: "Oh," the little boy replied, with his head down.
SON: "Daddy, may I please borrow $50?"
The father was furious, "If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I work hard everyday for such this childish behavior."

The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door.
The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money? After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down, and started to think: Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that 50 and he really didn't ask for money very often. The man went to
the door of the little boy's room and opened the door.
"Are you asleep, son?" He asked.
"No daddy, I'm awake," replied the boy.
"I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier" said the man.
"It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you.. Here's the $50 you asked for."
The little boy sat straight up, smiling. "Oh, thank you daddy!" He yelled.

Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills. The man saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again. The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his father.

"Why do you want more money if you already have some?" the father grumbled.
"Because I didn't have enough, but now I do," the little boy replied.
"Daddy, I have $100 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you."
The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little son, and he begged for his forgiveness.

It's just a short reminder to all of you working so hard in life. We should not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts. Do remember to share that $100 worth of your time with someone you love. If we die tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of days. But the family & friends we leave behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives. And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more into work than to our family.

ALERT - A New DRUG

Got this on my email -thought I might as well distribute to friends, just to avoid unnecessary misfortune.

I mean...... there are really reaaallly sick people out there!

This is a new drug known as 'strawberry quick'

There is a very scary thing going on in the schools right now that we all need to be aware of.

There is a type of crystal meth going around that looks like strawberry pop rocks (the candy that sizzles and 'pops' in your mouth). It also smells like strawberry and it is being handed out to kids in school yards. They are calling it strawberry meth or strawberry quick.

Kids are ingesting this thinking that it is candy and being rushed off to emergency in dire condition. It also comes in chocolate, peanut butter, cola, cherry, grape and orange..

Please instruct your children to not accept candy from strangers and even not to accept candy that looks like this from a friend (who may have been given it and believe it is candy) and to take any that they may have to a teacher, principal, etc. immediately.

Good rest and sound sleep is very Important... if u don't sleep well, The toxic in your body will accumulate..Affecting your health and your mood...

The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to "schedule."

Because: Evening at 9 - 11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on her health.

Evening at 11pm - 1am : The de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state. Early morning 1 - 3am : de-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5am : de-toxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the de-toxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.
Morning 5 - 7am : de-toxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9am : Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 -10am rather than no meal at all. Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood.

Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.
