Pay Attention To Body's Signal

Don’t Neglect Your Body Signal
You surely ever experience tuck, hiccup, or ear humming.
Unfortunately, most of you often neglect this body signs. Whereas according to Dr. Karen Wolfe, write “Create The Body Your Soul Desires”, says that body that has tuck or hiccup can be a sign that your body is having a light interference. Although this interference is quite light, it does not mean that you have to neglect it. Because, by understanding the signal given by the body you are expected to be more care to body so the body is healthier.

Tuck on Eyelid
Unconscious movement made by part of your body gives signal that your body is lack of rest and sleep. In fact, health experts agree, 99% of convulsions on eye is because your body is flogged by stress and is fatigue. There is no other way that you can do to stop this tuck on eyelid besides letting your body and eye to rest. Compress your eyes with warm water for a moment is also helpful.

Often Yawning
Yawning does not always mean sleepy. Yawning, also gives signal from subconscious that your body is lack of moving. For example, you are too serious working so spend more than 5 hours in front computer. Too much yawning can also mean that oxygen level inside brain is decreasing. Be careful, this condition can decrease your alertness and concentration of work and your surroundings.

Hiccup
You have hiccup although you are not eating anything. This condition gives signal that your body may be in stress. This is because hiccup release stress hormones into bloodstream, then stimulate nerve fibers excessively. As a result there is unconscious muscle contraction near vocal cord that causes noise. The easiest way to mitigate your hiccup is to swallow a little sugar. This grain sugar will stimulate the nerve behind the esophagus so it prevents other nerve impulse, so that the hiccup will calm.

Leg Cramps
Do you often experience intense leg cramps every night? Lag cramps is a body signal that beckon your body is having a dehydration, lack of calcium and magnesium. To overcome it, drink a lot of mineral water than usual. Milk calcium is also highly recommended.
