Logically, maybe it is true. Chinese and Japanese practice drinking hot tea when eating not cold water. Maybe it is time we mimic this habit of drinking hot water / warm water while taking our meal!!!
We don’t lose anything…but will gain benefit from this habit.

Yesterday a friend who lives in Tegal meet with BM Advante, he then told a story.
His wife has a cousin in Cirebon, and her cousin has a neighbor, we call it C.
This C at first only has headaches like Migrant, but C felt that something crawling on C’s brain. Later the sickness becomes Vertigo. As checked by the doctor in Cirebon and Jakarta, cannot found any disease. Because of curiosity, C then go to Singapore to check. After checking by modern tools in Singapore it is indicated that there is a living creature on C’s brain and has to have major operation. After operation it is found like a super tiny white worm. After finish operation, C then take rest about 2 days and conscious.
The doctor said,” Excuse me Mum, your disease is not all heal yet, there still worm eggs on your brain.
If the eggs hatch they will become worms. And the cycle will still continue.
C asked to the doctor the cause of this disease, why there are worms on her brain.
The doctor explained that the worms are indicated come from the frog meat that you always eat (because C likes to eat frog food). The worms do not die if cook on 100 degree or below 0 degree.
BM Advante explains that C ever cooks frog meat on the morning. Because she cannot finish them all (perhaps she cooks a lot), then she store it in the refrigerator. In the afternoon she warms it again and eats it. Because not yet finish she then store it again on the refrigerator.
The next morning she wants to warm it, C was shocked to see the tiny white worm comes out from the frog.
You can believe it or not as the fact already happened.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver,kidneys, heart, lungs etc.
7. Radiation, while destroying cancer cells, also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.
8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.

CANCER CELLS FEED ON:
a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal,Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in colour. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.
b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soya milk cancer cells are being starved.
c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.
d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains,seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts)and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C)
e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine.Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.
12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.
13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

Dioxin chemicals causes cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.

It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. There is a very scary thing going on in the schools right now that we all need to be aware of.
There is a type of crystal meth going around that looks like strawberry pop rocks (the candy that sizzles and 'pops' in your mouth). It also smells like strawberry and it is being handed out to kids in school yards. They are calling it strawberry meth or strawberry quick.
Kids are ingesting this thinking that it is candy and being rushed off to emergency in dire condition. It also comes in chocolate, peanut butter, cola, cherry, grape and orange..
Please instruct your children to not accept candy from strangers and even not to accept candy that looks like this from a friend (who may have been given it and believe it is candy) and to take any that they may have to a teacher, principal, etc. immediately.

The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.

7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.
We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to "schedule."
Because: Evening at 9 - 11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on her health.

For the One Who Likes to Eat Fried Food
There is an experience from my friend, when he bought “Pecel Lele” (Catfish Pecel) on South Jakarta.
The seller did not pour the cooking oil to the frying pan. But the seller put the cooking oil which still has plastic inside the frying pan. Until the plastic melt and dissolved into the hot oil, then the seller fry the catfish pecel and the result is so crispy! So hideous.

It is true story, and someone told my friend about this too, it happened in Kedah Tunjang.
I assume it all happen to us too.
In PERLIS (night area market, where they sell “Pisang Goreng” (Fried Banana) on the afternoon), My friend’s uncle saw the fry fried banana, they add plastic straw inside the oil (straw=we use that do drink). The straw is melted on the hot oil before start frying, that is why the fried banana, fried parsnip, etc always stay crispy for few hours. My friend’s uncle cannot explain why. Then he asked the seller, but they still kept quiet, then my friend’s uncle told my friend’s mom, then they practiced it and this is how to make the food stay crispy. Then my friend’s mom said, be careful with fish bleary, onion fried, even though we put it on an open air for couple of hours, the food stays crispy (not soggy).
As in country abroad, in some place raining for 5 times or less in a year, so if we put the bread outside an open air for 1 night, the next day the bread become so crispy or dry because of the environment which is so dry, but in some other country it will not happen because the moisture is too high.
My friend ever went to plateau Cameroon with his family, about 3pm they walked around market, they saw many hawker stall doing business, but suddenly something interesting appears…in one of the hawker stall, there is a big pan with cooking oil and inside there is an empty plastic bottle (size 5 1/2 liters), suddenly the bottle melted on the hot cooking oil and he was surprised to see this. He thought it was a mistake by little child, but when they wanted to go closer, the say some plastic straw inside that plastic bottle, then my friend asked his family to go and check, at that time the child’s parents come, and stare at them fiercely,…they used plastic liquid to fry food, the reason is so that the food is not soggy.
They practiced like this, the cooking oil without plastic, the food is soggy after few hours. Then add plastic, start frying again…the food becomes crispy, more crispy than fast food.
Please stop eating this hawker's fried food...This is their secret receipe...
DO NOT EAT CRISPY FOOD especially from the hawker !.. Try leave it in the open air for hours and see.

Don’t Used To Pin Receiver
Bone protrusion can cut intravenous lines and trigger stroke. This warning might need to be paid attention by secretaries, operators, consultants, doctors, and employees who frequently use the phone.
Remember, don’t too often let go the receiver from your hand and put it between your shoulder and ear, and while other hands doing other activities. Perhaps, such behavior can cause a stroke. As told by nerve experts from France on the Health Journal several times ago.
A psychiatrist, who always spoke by phone by pinning the receiver between her left ear and shoulder more than 1 hour, was reported suffering mild stroke. Unlucky events occur as a result of bone protrusion that cut intravenous lines. According to team doctor that examine this case, this man aged 43 years who accustomed to talk to his patients at first was healthy.
However after advising his patients, this psychiatrist complained of temporary blindness on his left eye, his left ear felt like a drone. Not only that, he also confessed that he is difficult to speak. This condition shows that he was suffering from a mild stroke.
The result of scanning shows there is a tear appeared in the arterial wall in the organs of the man. This tear affects the lines of delivering blood to the brain.
As known, on human body there are two artery glands which provide blood that contain oxygen from heart to head and neck. The two arterial lines is increased from both side of neck, from the heart to the brain.
On the scanning showed there was bone pointed which was called as the stiloid process, that cause a contact between bone (on the neck) and artery.
In fact, each person has 2 stiloid bones. These bones prominent from both side of the scull, right below the ear and behind jawbone. But, the bone that that psychiatrist had was longer than usual.
Mathieu Zuber, nerve specialist from Saint Anne hospital, Paris said:
“Fortunately this patient only experienced insemic occasional attack or stop supplying blood to brain less than 24 hour.”
In this case only mild stroke that the psychiatrist suffer from pinning the receiver.
“But, this incident shows us that everyday activities that involves rather long detour on the neck, such as using a phone and pin between ear and shoulder, can cause unexpected problems for some people," he added.
He added, the psychiatrist does not have symptoms of stroke too long. But, after this incident, he does not want to talk by pinning the phone between ear and shoulder again when serving his patients’ complaints. Therefore from now on do destroy this habit.

Misperception about Milk can Heal Osteoporosis
In general doctors and nutrition experts recommend their patients who suffer from osteoporosis to consume more milk and other dairy products because it contains high calcium. This sounds make sense but it will never work out.
