BUY FUEL, OR FILL YOUR CAR OR BIKE WITH FUEL IN THE MORNING WHEN SOIL TEMPERATURE IS STILL COLD
Remember that each gas station has storage tank underground. The colder the ground then the fuel is more solid. If the temperature starts heating, then the fuels float. So if you buy fuel on afternoon or evening…actually the fuel that is filled in your car tank is lesser than the liter that you buy.
In gasoline business, specific gravity and temperature of gas, diesel, and aircraft, ethanol, and other gasoline product has important role. 1 degree increase is very influential in this business. But gas station doesn’t give any indemnity / compensation because of temperature.

ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT IS FILL THE FUEL WHEN YOUR VEHICLE TANK IS HALF FULL
The reason is the more fuel in your tank the less air inside the empty tank. Gasoline floats faster than we thought. Gasoline storage tank has what we call floating roof that function as clearance zero between gasoline and atmosphere so the floating can be reduced. Not like gas station, the place where I work for each truck loaded there is indemnity / compensation because of temperature, so each liter bought is exact.

90/10 PRINCIPLE

What is 90/10 principle?

10% from your life happens because of what you experience it yourself.
90% from your life is determined from how you react.

What does this mean?
You cannot control 10% of the condition that happen to you.

For example:
You cannot avoid traffic jam. Plane late arrival and this will mess up all your schedule. This congestion has cause trouble to all of your schedule. You cannot control this 10% condition. But the difference with the other 90% is that you can control this 90%.

How? From your reaction!!
You cannot control red light, but you can control your reaction.

Let’s see below example:
Condition 1
You have breakfast with your family. Your kid accidentally spills your coffee cup and your outfit was all dirty.

Your reaction:
You scold your child because he spills the coffee to your outfit. Your kid will then cry, after scolding, you look at your wife and criticize her because she put the coffee on the edge. Finally going bust-up mouth. You run to your room and hurry change outfit. You go back to dining room, your kid still crying while finishing his food. Later your kid miss the bus. Your wife has to go to work; you rush to car and take your son to school. Because now you are late, you drive your car with 70km/hour while the limit speeds can only 60km/hour. Can you see the difference of this 2 conditions?
2 (two) different scenarios, start with same condition, but end with different condition.

Why?
The reason is from how you react!
You cannot control the 10% of what had happened. But the rest 90% is up to your own reaction. This is how to apply the 90/10 principle. If there is someone talk bad about you, don’t get emotion. Let the attack goes like water in a glass. You should not let that bad comment to influence you. If you react likely or one of your reaction is bad, it will cause you: Lose friend, get fired, stressed, and other lose.

How is your reaction when you face traffice jam and come late to office? Will you be angry? Hit your driving wheel? Mad? Is your temperature goes up quickly? Who will care if you come late 10 seconds?
Why you let that condition ruin your day?

Try to remember this 90/10 principle and do not worry, your problem will be solved quickly.

Another example:
- You got fired.
Why this cause you cannot sleep and worry?
There will be a way out someday. Use your lost time and energy because of the worry to look for another job.

- Plane late.
This condition ruin your whole schedule. Why you mad at the ticket officer at the airport? They cannot control what will happen. Why streesed out? This condition will make worse your own condition. Use your time to learn the situation, read a book that you take, or recognize other passenger.

Where to be During an Earthquake

Remember that stuff about hiding under a table or standing in a doorway??
Well, this guy has a completely reverse opinion. This is very interesting, different from what we were all taught. Boy! Is this ever an eye opener?

My name is Doug Copp. I am the Rescue Chief and Disaster Manager of the American Rescue Team International (ARTI), the world's most experienced rescue team. The information in this article will save lives in an earthquake. I have crawled inside 875 collapsed buildings, worked with rescue teams from 60 countries, founded rescue teams in several countries, and I am a member of many rescue teams from many countries.

I was the United Nations expert in Disaster Mitigation for two years. I have worked at every major disaster in the world since 1985, except for simultaneous disasters.

The first building I ever crawled inside of was a school in Mexico City during the 1985 earthquake. Every child was under its desk. Every child was crushed to the thickness of their bones. They could have survived by lying down next to their desks in the aisles. It was obscene, unnecessary and I wondered why the children were not in the aisles. I didn't at the time know that the children were told to hide under something.

Simply stated, when buildings collapse, the weight of the ceilings falling upon the objects or furniture inside crushes these objects, leaving a space or void next to them. This space is what I call the "triangle of life". The larger the object, the stronger, the less it will compact. The less the object compacts, the larger the void, the greater the probability that the person who is using this void for safety will not be injured.

The next time you watch collapsed buildings, on television, count the "triangles" you
see formed. They are everywhere. It is the most common shape, you will see, in a collapsed building.

TIPS FOR EARTHQUAKE SAFETY
1) Most everyone who simply "ducks and covers" WHEN BUILDINGS COLLAPSE are crushed to death. People who get under objects, like desks or cars, are crushed.
2) Cats, dogs and babies often naturally curl up in the fetal position. You should too in an earthquake. It is a natural safety/survival instinct. You can survive in a smaller void. Get next to an object, next to a sofa, next to a large bulky object that will compress slightly but leave a void next to it.
3) Wooden buildings are the safest type of construction to be in during an earthquake. Wood is flexible and moves with the force of the earthquake. If the wooden building does collapse, large survival voids are created. Also, the wooden building has less concentrated, crushing weight. Brick buildings will break into individual bricks. Bricks will cause many injuries but less squashed bodies than concrete slabs.
4) If you are in bed during the night and an earthquake occurs, simply roll off the bed. A safe void will exist around the bed. Hotels can achieve a much greater survival rate in earthquakes, simply by posting a sign on The back of the door of every room telling occupants to lie down on the floor, next to the bottom of the bed during an earthquake.
5) If an earthquake happens and you cannot easily escape by getting out the door or window, then lie down and curl up in the fetal position next to a sofa, or large chair.
6) Most everyone who gets under a doorway when buildings collapse is killed. How? If you stand under a doorway and the doorjamb falls forward or backward you will be crushed by the ceiling above. If the door jam falls sideways you will be cut in half by the doorway. In either case, you will be killed!
7) Never go to the stairs. The stairs have a different "moment of frequency" (they swing separately from the main part of the building). The stairs and remainder of the building continuously bump into each other until structural failure of the stairs takes place. The people who get on stairs before they fail are chopped up by the stair treads - horribly mutilated. Even if the building doesn't collapse, stay away from the stairs. The stairs are a likely part of the building to be damaged. Even if the stairs are not collapsed by the earthquake, they may collapse later when
overloaded by fleeing people. They should always be checked for safety, even when the rest of the building is not damaged.
8) Get Near the Outer Walls Of Buildings Or Outside Of Them If Possible - It is much better to be near the outside of the building rather than the interior. The farther inside you are from the outside perimeter of the building the greater the probability that your escape route will be blocked.
9) People inside of their vehicles are crushed when the road above falls in an earthquake and crushes their vehicles; which is exactly what happened with the slabs between the decks of the Nimitz Freeway. The victims of the San Francisco earthquake all stayed inside of their vehicles. They were all killed. They could have easily survived by getting out and sitting or lying next to their vehicles. Everyone killed would have survived if they had been able to get out of their cars and sit or lie next to them. All the crushed cars had voids 3 feet high next to them, except for the cars that had columns fall directly across them.
10) I discovered, while crawling inside of collapsed newspaper offices and other offices with a lot of paper, that paper does not compact. Large voids are found surrounding stacks of paper.

On the scanning showed there was bone pointed which was called as the stiloid process, that cause a contact between bone (on the neck) and artery.
In fact, each person has 2 stiloid bones. These bones prominent from both side of the scull, right below the ear and behind jawbone. But, the bone that that psychiatrist had was longer than usual.
Mathieu Zuber, nerve specialist from Saint Anne hospital, Paris said:
“Fortunately this patient only experienced insemic occasional attack or stop supplying blood to brain less than 24 hour.”

The Correct Way Of Cooking Noodles

This is the correct way to cook instant noodles For those lovers of instant noodles without harming our bodies and health. Normally, how we cook the instant noodles is to put the noodles into a pot with water, throw in the ingredient powder and let it cook for around 3 minutes and then it's ready to eat.

I hope this helps some of you who are frustrated and ready to throw out your Epson printer. Problems with my Epson printer, the red and green light began flashing and a window popped up, saying, take it to your services center because some parts have reached the end of their life. Printer companies set a “protection counter” on all printers , it’s an internal counter measuring the amount of ink wasted by head cleaning.
Reset the "protection counter" as well as clean the “waste ink pad overflow”.

1. Unplug the power and USB cables from the printer. Try open the printer, careful not to break anything. Use a flat blade screwdriver to Try it apart; there are two-three tabs at the back and two at the front. Gently push them in, and then using a bit of force pry apart the cover.
2. Next remove the two (2) waste ink pads. They are located at the back on the left hand side. I used the flat blade screwdriver to lift up the ink pads (they were soaked). Please use rubber gloves as it gets very messy.
3. Next wash them with just plain hot water until they are white again. I just let the hot water run on them (the pads are about three inches long).
4. Once washed dry them using a hair drier. (you could place it the sun for a few hours or on top of your heater or maybe in a heated oven; (make sure you do not set it on fire with too much heat).
5. Once dried place the pads back in the ink waste bin at the back of the printer.
6. Closed the printer cover and put back all the pieces and plug in the USB & power cable and turned it on. (Yes the lights are still flashing).

8. Install the software and run it.
9. Select your printer and model number. It will ask if you replaced with new pads;
say “YES”. Then close the window.
10. Now right click on the SSC service utility, it looks like a printer icon near your clock in the task bar.

12. Turn off the printer power and then turn it on again. If necessary un-plug the power cord from the back of the printer, wait 20 seconds. Plug it back in.
